Deze milde gezichtsscrub bestaat uit een poeder dat geactiveerd wordt bij contact met water. Dit is bijzonder! De meeste exfoliërende producten zijn namelijk een vloeistof, gel of crème. Een poeder, dat is iets nieuw! Je neemt dus ongeveer een theelepel poeder en je wrijft deze tussen natte handen om het te laten schuimen. Je kan ook gewoon enkele druppels water toevoegen. Nadien masseer je hiermee je gezicht om zo dode huidcellen te verwijderen en de huid te reinigen. Tot slot spoel je je gezicht af.

This gentle facial scrub is a powder that is activated upon contact with water. That's special! Most of the exfoliants are a liquid, gel or cream. A powder is something new! So you take about a teaspoon of powder and you rub it between wet hands. You can also add a few drops of water. Afterwards you massage this to your face to remove dead skincells and to cleanse the skin. Finally, you rinse with water.

Het wit poeder transformeert na contact met water in een korrelige, melkachtige substantie. Persoonlijk vind ik een gel of crème praktischer werken. Het is namelijk moeilijk om het poeder te doseren, doordat je al snel teveel uit het potje giet. Bijkomend is ook het water een kwestie van nauwkeurig doseren. Bij te veel water wordt het goedje te vloeibaar zodat het snel van je hand loopt (lees: verspilling van product). Ook moet je zorgen dat je het droog bewaart, omdat het poeder anders kan gaan klonteren in het flesje.

The white powder transforms after contact with water in a grainy, milk-like substance. Personally I find a gel or cream more practical. It's difficult to dose the powder and additionally, the water is also a matter of accuracy. When you use too much water it becomes too liquid so it runs off your hands (read: waste of product). Also, make sure that you keep it dry, because otherwise the powder can form lumps in the bottle.

Ik ben wel zeer tevreden over de werking. Mijn huid wordt gereinigd en voelt echt zachter aan. Het heeft een erg fijne korrel, waardoor mijn gezicht niet geïrriteerd wordt. Geen grote rode plekken na het scrubben dus!

I am very satisfied with the way it works. My skin is cleansed and really feels softer. It has a very fine grain, so my face is not irritated. No big red spots after exfoliating!





Hier zie je de ingrediënten weergegeven. Het poeder bevat rijst en salicylzuur, die samen de dode huidcellen verwijderen. Verder zitten er theebladeren in, die zowel een antioxiderende als ontstekingsremmende werking bezitten. Zoethout, pompelmoes en berendruif vormen dan weer het skin brightening complex, waardoor pigmentvlekken verminderen. De korreltjes zijn heel fijn en lossen ook op in het water. Dit is erg fijn voor de gezichtshuid. Ook bevat hij geen harde reinigers zoals SLS of SLES en ook geen chemische kleur- en geurstoffen. Het is dus zo ontwikkeld dat het zelfs geschikt is voor de meeste gevoelige huidjes. Ondanks alle goede ingrediënten zit er toch een parabeensoort in: methylparabeen.

Furthermore there are tea leaves, which have both an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Licorice, grapefruit and bearberry constitute the skin brightening complex, reducing pigmentation. The grains are very fine and solve in the water. This is very good for the facial skin. It also doesn't contain any harsh cleansers such as SLS or SLES and no artificial colors and fragrances. It's designed to be suitable for even the most sensitive skintypes. Despite all the good ingredients, there is still a kind of paraben in it.

Hoewel ik erg tevreden ben over de werking, zal ik waarschijnlijk geen nieuwe aanschaffen. Ik vind het gewoon veel te duur. Ok, het is vernieuwend en het werkt prima, maar ik ken genoeg andere scrubs die even goed werken voor minder geld.
Although I'm very satisfied with this product, I'll probably won't rebuy it. In my opinion it's just too expensive. Ok, it's innovative and it works fine, but I know plenty of other scrubs that work equally well for less money.
